Bird Flu Outbreak in UK force Culling of Poultry
[Best Syndication] Thousands of birds have been killed in an attempt to prevent the spread of the H5N1 virus that has been detected at a turkey farm in Suffolk, which is northeast of London. British officials have set up a 2 mile radius protection zone and a surveillance area of 4 miles. Most of the culling has began on this Tuesday with thousands of turkeys being killed. The restricted zone requires all domestic birds to remain indoors. It is prohibited to gather all other poultry and other captive birds in England. Poultry is not allowed to be moved without meeting their conditions that they specify. .
House to consider FISA update without telecom immunity
